Izuchukwu heads DealHQ’s Corporate Services, technology, and Capital Markets Team. He has proven to be a formidable member of the DealHQ Team, leading many of the Firm’s capital markets, technology, and sustainable finance engagements.

Izuchukwu leads all the Firm’s strategic inter-government and regulatory engagements with key agencies such as the Corporate Affairs Commission, SEC, FCCPC, Central Bank, and NIPC, amongst others. His stellar leadership and expertise have been instrumental in establishing DealHQ as a choice firm for complex and high-stakes regulatory matters. He has consistently closed deals and successful transactions that drive client success and advance overall business interests.

Izu holds the prestigious Financial Law Review (IFLR) rank of a Rising Star Partner, 2023 among others.

He is a Faculty Member of Box OfficeHub Entrepreneurship Training Academy (BETA), and the Coordinator of BGC Business Incubation Hub Abuja. He also sits as a director on the boards of Siloni Haus Ltd, KAC Kouture & Styles Ltd, and Property Network & Logistics Platforms Ltd.
He is a Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) licensed Capital Market consultant; member of Nigeria Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL); member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN); Faculty Member of Box Office Hub Entrepreneurship Training Academy (BETA) and the Coordinator of BGC Business Incubation Hub.

He is the supervising partner and client contact on some of DealHQ’s Corporate commercial advisory, capital market, and Finance engagements.
